Questions before you join?
When does membership become active?
After the new checkout is launched, membership will activate when successful payment is confirmed. Starting a form or visiting a confirmation page alone does not activate membership.
Does enrollment schedule my service visit?
No. Hess Air staff will help with the next steps. Membership enrollment is separate from scheduling an appointment.
How often will I be billed?
Preferred and Basic currently list monthly and annual price options. Pink is listed annually. Final renewal, cancellation and refund terms are being confirmed and must be available before checkout opens.
Can I combine the member discount with another offer?
The current club offer states that member discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Can I enroll more than one system?
Coverage and pricing for additional systems must be confirmed by Hess Air before enrollment. Do not assume one membership covers multiple systems.
